2nd Annual Galena Food Pantry Golf Outing
General Information and Registration Form
Date-Time-Location: Tuesday, July 26, 2022, 10:00 a.m., at Eagle Ridge South Course, 10 Clubhouse Dr., Galena, IL (Rain date Aug. 9, 2022)
Golf Format: 18 holes, four- person scramble, shotgun start, no handicap needed, this is a fun activity
Cost: $100 per person or $65 for an Eagle Ridge Member. This includes; 18 holes, cart, lunch, prizes, and your donation to Food Pantry.
Hole Sponsor/Prizes: If interested in sponsoring a hole please contact any of the people listed below. We will also have a variety of team/individual hole prizes.
Registration: You can turn in a registration form for 1, 2, 3, or 4 players. If you don’t have a foursome, we will make up your foursome. Registration deadline is July 20th. Fill out the Registration form on the back.
Silent Auction: There will be a Silent Auction that will include; golf packages, restaurants, gift baskets, gift certificates, lodging, and other wonderful items.
