Venison Chili with red beans, black beans, and corn


sweet corn, frozen (2 cup) or two cans

venison, ground (1 lb.)

1 can tomato sauce

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

1 onion

oregano, chili powder, garlic to taste

Optional additions- canned chili peppers, cilantro, carrot, green pepper 


Place all the ingredients except corn and cook low for two hours. Add corn at the end. 

Number of Servings: 8

Serve chili on rice for a nutritious meal.
